Nice editor, The is written in 2005 but the project the converts over to 2008 without a hitch. However just clicking on the downloaded .exe I got a System.IO.Filenotfound exception. (Missing File?) I was able to run it in the debugger and it produced some nice graphics. It is a little hard to work with without a user manual.

Hello. Great stuff!! I have one proposition/idea for you. I see that right now you project is working in XNA 2.0. One month ago I was trying to move it to one window and XNA 2.0. But is crashes as start displaying open file dialog. I studied a lot your code. And I think that it will be great to make caves in this terrain and save the terrain in another way than heightmap. Maybe I'm wrong ... maybe it can cause a lot of problems with shaders and textures, maybe not:). But I think that your triangle collision function to place a ground cursor should be still OK. For me it will be very good to add to vertices highlighted by cursor ray direction vector multiple by strength. In this way it is possible to make caves probably:). That is only my idea. Probably you know it better:) ... I'm just computer science student changing your project for my style of work:) trying to use it to my 3d game:). But writing something like this from zero for me - incredible:). I'm waiting for your answer.

Cheers

Piotr ... p.s. sorry for my English I'm from Poland ...
